Beauty | Anti-Aging in Three Steps

Three Step Anti-Aging

I think we can all agree that every woman is looking for two things in life — the anti-aging secret of super models and more hours in the day.  Of course everyone wants to look their best, but we can’t spend hours on a beauty routine first thing in the morning or when you’re falling asleep at night brushing your teeth.  Anytime a product is designed to speed up a beauty routine, I am always down to try and report back to you.  I am constantly asked for beauty recommendations and always love trying new products to see if they can live up to the hype.  I already had a few philosophy products in my winter beauty routine, so when I was asked to try out the super-size cleanse, peel & treat skincare trio, I jumped at the chance.  This cleanse, peel, and treat system is designed to be easy to use and perfect for women with busy lifestyles!

Philosophy microdelivery triple-acid peel pads

Philosophy anti-wrinkle miracle worker moisturizer

philosophy super-size cleanse, peel & treat skincare trio
Eberjey Pajamas

This trio includes philosophy’s world-famous one-step facial cleanser, a revolutionary peel that provides a complete skin makeover in just three minutes, and a serum with a peptide blend that helps address the look of skin texture, radiance, and elasticity.

Cleanse — I was so excited to try this facial cleanser as I’ve heard wonderful things about in the beauty world for years.  The  purity made simple facial cleanser is pretty infamous and always a cult classic and I can see why.  It melts away dirt, oil and makeup while toning and lightly hydrating and really leaves your pore feeling clean.  My face is extremely dry, so while I loved using it to remove makeup (this is huge for me, I hate when cleansers leave behind makeup), since it is winter, my skin felt a little dry the next morning.  I do think this would be perfect for my skin in the summer and I’ll be bringing a travel size with me when we travel to a tropical destination next month!

Overall thoughts: great for removing makeup, lightly hydrating, cleansing pores.

Peel – I’ve been using the new and improved microdelivery triple acid peel pads to help improve skin tone and skin radiance about once a week.  These are seriously a game changer.  Not only are the peel pads individually wrapped and travel friendly (I just took one with me to NYFW), they are also so fast and easy to use and you see results almost immediately.  You simply swipe the pad over your clean face and then rinse off after 2-3 minutes.  I like to only use these at night only — I hate putting anything over my skin or going outdoors after doing any sort of facial treatment.

Overall thoughts: perfect for travel, easy-to-use, immediate results — my skin was brighter after just one peel.

Moisturize — Having dry skin, I’m all about a super thick moisturizer to really hydrate my skin.  This anti-wrinkle moisturizer feel like satin and is perfect for daytime — it helps reduce the appearance of the visible signs of aging and is a great moisturizer to wear under foundation.

Overall thoughts: great for day-time use, love the satin feel of the moisturizer and the smell is amazing!

You can currently get the entire trio system for $147 (if sold separately $352) on QVC while supplies last!  I would love to hear your thoughts if you’ve tried any philosophy products — I’ll be reviewing one more next month!

A huge thanks to philosophy for sponsoring today’s post.

I’m not sure If this is correct but I’ve read from one article that too much peeling can cause permanent damage to our face. This is why I am uncertain of skin peels.
