What You Loved in July

Can we actually believe July is over?  WHAT IS HAPPENING?  Here’s what you all were loving this month, the July best sellers filled with summer dresses, fun accessories, and easy makeup!

SUMMER STYLE

White Romper :: I know a few of you brides to be grabbed this because you messaged me right away!  I really haven’t been in a romper mood in ages but loved all the details on this style, plus it’s on sale for $40 (currently 50% off).  It runs true to size if you want it more fitted, but size up if you like your rompers loose fitting!

Linen Mini Dress :: This dress comes in a few colors and a striped version, but the linen material on this was EXACTLY what I had my heart set on.  I couldn’t love this dress more (the sleeves, the smocked back, the POCKETS!!!) and I’m so glad so many of you grabbed it 30% off when it was on sale!  It runs true to size.

Linen Tie Strap Midi :: Obsessed with this style and have already worn both dressed down (with my Birkenstock style sandals) and dressed up with these basket weave block heels, also a July best seller!

Floral Midi Dress :: You girls were on a dress kick this month and the most popular style this month was this gorgeous tie strap midi dress!  I wore this on our anniversary celebration dinner in Newport this past weekend — it comes in a few patterns, I have the coral color, but also looove the white floral pattern!  It runs true to size.

White Paper Bag Shorts :: This trend is still going strong so I added these to my wardrobe earlier this season and have worn them a few times already!  They are so comfortable and don’t seem to wrinkle as much as other styles which is a huge reason I love them so much.  They run true to size.

Basket Weave Block Heels :: On sale for 60% off, grab them before all sizes are gone — they are going fast!

Quilted Mules :: This was the best similar style I could find after so many requests when I posted this photo with my white pair!  They are a straight designer dupe but I love how chic they look — so happy you girls loved them too!  This is also another really fun option that’s more of a cream color and would work into fall!

JEWELRY AND ACCESSORIES

You girls are loving my everyday gold jewelry and I featured my FULL jewelry stack in a recent post HERE.

Gold Choker Herringbone :: This necklace was something I bought on a whim and literally ALL OF YOU ask about it.  It’s by the brand Shashi and I wear it every single day, and it’s always the base of my additional layering — literally, any kind of necklace style goes with it and looks so chic on top.  And the best part, it doesn’t really tangle since it lays flat and has a bit of weight to it.

Curb Chain Necklace :: One of my newer pieces also by Shashi, I had been on a hunt for this style necklace (and ended up with the matching bracelet as well).  Another great layering piece because of the texture and adjustable length.

Coin Pendant :: I always love adding a classic coin pendant in the mix when layering necklaces — it simply does not go out of style and is a piece that looks so gorgeous and feminine on its own.  Gorjana makes a ton of different coin pendants with all different styles and symbols, but I love the compass which has such a vintage feel.

Face Masks :: The new accessory we all NEED, I found these 5 for $12 cute styles from Old Navy and bought a few packs.

MAKEUP

Under Eye Concealer :: I’ve been featuring this all summer and got a lot of you HOOKED on it.  I wear shade SC-3 in the summertime and love that’s its a lot lighter than Tarte Shape Tape, which I like using in the cooler months.  This one has two colors with a creamy formula, the peach side helps combat darkness and the beige side brightens!

CC Cream :: Between the heat and facemasks, foundation is a HUGE no-no right now, so I’ve been sticking to my go-to CC cream by Supergoop, which also has SPF.  It’s lightweight, made of clean ingredients, and has very light coverage to even out my skin tone.

Illuminator :: If you want to fake the best complexion for the zoom call or have people compliment your skin immediately upon seeing you, GET THIS STUFF.  Not surprised at all this was a top seller after I featured it in a recent tutorial where you literally saw my skin go from blahh to looking like I had a filter on… it’s ALL because of this product!

Cream Blush :: A newer product to me that I introduced to you all just last week, a handful of you ended up grabbing it!  I can’t wait to hear your thoughts on it!
