Criss Cross Sports Bra :: I’m never one to spend a lot of $$ on workout gear, I’d MUCH rather invest into other wardrobe items — especially since there are so many items on Amazon that get the job done! This sports bra is a dupe for the expensive Lululemon and is under $23 — with over 9,000 positive reviews!
Dumbell Weights :: Love these for squats and lunges!
Wearable Wrist/Ankle Weights :: These are my go-to for treadmill walks, you could wear them on your wrists or ankles! They are super comfortable and kick up those workout results!
Hydroflask Water Bottle :: I love this water bottle because it has a built-in straw and is actually dishwasher safe! It also keeps your water/beverage super cold (or super hot) without sweating on the side — so you can throw in your bag without everything else getting soaking wet!
Workout Mat :: I was in desperate need to replace my yoga mat and just ordered this one! Love that it’s extra thick for comfort and has an easy strap to help carry it!
Workout Tank :: One of my favorite workout tanks, it’s so lightweight with a breathable backside! + it comes in so many cute colors!
High-Waisted Yoga Leggings :: These leggings are ALWAYS sold out for good reason, they’re under $23 and are just as good as the over $100 styles. These run true to size for me (I wear XS) and have in a few colors, including this gorgeous dusty pink color!
Workout Ball :: This was one of the first items I needed to have when we started building out our home gym last year. I use this for ab exercises and stretching — & sometimes, I’ll just sit on it when working on my phone (like editing pictures or responding to DMs) — it’s SUCH a great core workout!
Resistance Band Set :: Love this set of 3 fabric resistance bands (the plastic ones always bother me). The set comes in a few different sizes for different workouts or resistance and are color coded so you know what you’re grabbing!
No Show Socks :: I couldn’t be more picky when it comes to no-show socks, SO many of them don’t work for me and end up falling down. I love these! You can get them in a mix of colors or a solid set — worth every penny for both workout sneakers and my Golden Goose sneakers!
