Raja and I are heading off to Nantucket early tomorrow morning with Lands’ End for The Boston Pops on Nantucket – a fun event on Jetties Beach which benefits the Nantucket Cottage Hospital. We’re so excited – it’s hard to believe that out of everywhere we’ve traveled locally, we’ve never been to Nantucket! We’re thrilled to be part of this incredible event and are looking forward to hanging out at the beach with the Lands’ End crew. Plus, we cannot wait to explore the island!
I’ve really been gravitating towards more classic pieces that can be mixed and matched this summer since I have been traveling non-stop. It’s always easier for me to stick to neutral tones and simple silhouettes that go with just about anything in my suitcase. I had been looking for a pair of cropped black pants to wear with loafers and flats for the upcoming fall season and loved this pair I found by Canvas Lands’ End. I paired them with this textured sleeveless tunic and these adorable contrast flats for a little mod-spin. I seriously have become such a flat girl these last two years, I barely recognize myself! (Insert hand-raising emoji for comfort!)
I’m so excited about what I’m wearing to the event on Saturday as well and can give you a little sneak peek right here! You all know how much of a sucker I am for lace-up sandals so I could not resist this pair – and I have yet to own a pair in a neutral color that lace all the way up! I’m pairing them with this fun white shirt dress that has the coolest high-low skirt, for a little twist on the classic style!
Definitely make sure to follow along this weekend on Instagram and Snapchat – I’ll be doing my best to keep up with both!
A huge thanks to Lands’ End for sponsoring today’s post.
