FOR A SPRING WEDDING OR EVENT

I don’t care what what the old rules say, I don’t think there’s anything chicer than wearing a LBD to a wedding, no matter what time of year! It’s always the safest bet and works for a variety of different dress codes. I paired this LBD with some other staple pieces that make this outfit an instant classic — go with a nude pointy pump and a quilted crossbody bag for a timeless look, or use this dress as a blank canvas and have some fun with your accessories! FOR FESTIVAL SEASON

One of my favorite tricks is taking a feminine piece and pairing some really cool, edgy pieces. I’m not super girlie when it comes to my wardrobe and I love a good challenge — so, taking a classic wrap style dress like this and making it appropriate for festival season was a lot of fun for me. A light colored suede moto jacket and studded ankle boots instantly dresses down this look and would provide some layers to go from daytime to nighttime.

From casual Friday at work, to weekend brunch, this look could be worn for a variety of spring occasions.
