I’m all about when things come full circle in life.  Back when I started Oh So Glam in 2011, the phrase “partnering with brands” wasn’t even in my vocabulary.  I wore what I wanted, posted it, and linked to what I was wearing so that you could buy it too.  I remember finding a GiGi New York clutch in a local boutique here in CT in 2012 and tagging them on Instagram.  All of a sudden I had an email in my inbox from GiGi New York themselves – thanking me for sharing their bag with my followers and asking me to style a few of their new arrivals.  I was thrilled.

Fast forward to 2016.  GiGi New York is still one of my favorite brands, working with bloggers from all over the world, and I’m collaborating with them to launch one of their newest bag collections: GiGi New York Evening.  The GiGi team calls me one of ‘OG’ bloggers (a little inside joke), and you can really see my love for the brand reflected all over Oh So Glam, and countless features.  So, yes, this launch project means a lot to me.

Just in time for the holidays, this gorgeous collection is full of metallic details for just the right amount of GLAM!  I’m featuring the Claire Clutch in metallic lizard above – and there are a bunch of new styles for all your upcoming holiday parties!  I paired this clutch with my most-loved trend of the season: Velvet!  I love to play with mixed textures this time of year and my new metallic clutch and velvet dress is a favorite combination!
