I mentioned this in a blog post last week about fall trends — don’t put away any of your white shoes just yet! Fall is actually my favorite time to rock any sort of white footwear — especially in September and October before we get hit with the really cold weather. I’m all about starting to dress for fall as soon as September hits: long sleeves, jeans, blazers and light jackets, lots of layered pieces. Our September here in CT is usually the most mild month we have all year. If we’re lucky, we’ll get plenty of 75 degree days while the nights cool off. Not exactly cool weather by any means, so I sort of feel silly wearing all black or dark colors. I love being able to throw on a fall outfit, but still bring a pop of brightness to my look and white shoes are the easiest way to do that!
