We’re on day… what? 10 or 11 of quarantine with no end in sight (at least for Connecticut). It’s been a rollercoaster of emotions and it seems that the majority of the population is working from home — (*thank you to those who are putting their lives on the line to keep us ALL at home, you are true angels). A lot of you requested an at-home loungewear roundup post with some affordable cozy gear. We’re actually all in luck, because matching sweats, tracksuits, and activewear is ALL the rage right now, so there are a ton of options to help keep us all somewhat stylish during this insane (doesn’t feel quite real) time. You can also find some really cute PJs, too! I know it might not seem like a big thing, but after a few weeks of hanging in your PJs working from home (and not giving a F), I’m SURE a chunk of you will be CRAVING the feeling of being put together and missing some real clothes. It’s just what happens when you work from home — take it from someone who has been working from home for OVER A DECADE. Dingy PJs and old college tees will only take you so far, so here’s a HUGE roundup of price conscious cozy pieces — some matching sets that take the guess work right out of it.
While there’s a ton of options right now from affordable stores like Abercrombie, Target, Old Navy, Aerie and Boohoo, it’s also a great time to invest (if you can, of course) on more luxury brands that REALLY hold up over time (and in the wash). Some of my personal favorites are Splendid, PJ Salvage, Z Supply, James Perse and Eberjey that have lasted YEARS, (literally YEARS), of constant wear.
