Instagram Outfit Roundup

It’s my FAVORITE time of year for outfits, so it’s only fair that I round up a bunch of my looks so far this fall and share where you can find each piece!  I’m heading off a few trips this month — the first one is to Rhode Island (I’m currently en route) for a little fall fun with Hunter Boots!  Make sure to follow along with me on Instagram this week for more outfit and travel content!

Just a reminder that you can scroll through each widget to shop OR click on the text links below each look!

Sam Edelman Hai Boots

similar Sweater Dress | exact Boots (more boot styles HERE) | Rancher Hat

Until the weather really cools down, I try to take full advantage of sweater dresses, so I’m sharing two of my favorites within this roundup!  This one is super old and always a go-to year after year for me, but I found an extremely similar style below and have seen it in person — it’s absolutely gorgeous, thick for extra warmth, and great quality!

Speaking of great quality, I had my eye on this pair of boots from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale but ended up passing on them and then they ran out of my size.  I stayed on the hunt and ended up finding an even BETTER pair in my opinion — this version has a pointed toe and a lower block heel… I’m SO glad I waited.  You can find them for a lower price HERE as well.

Free People Phantom Cardigan

Free People Cardigan (more Free People pieces HERE) | Rails Flannel (size up, wearing M for slouchy fit) | Denim | Gucci Crossbody

Just eating all the cider donuts I can get my hands on.  I’ve learned there are some people that are cider donut lovers and others that just don’t really get the hype.  I wish I was the latter.

This cardigan sweater is definitely worth the hype.  I usually splurge on a Free People sweater once each fall and this was my splurge.  I’m obsessed with the camel color!  I also talk about these flannels year after year as well.  They are on the pricey side for flannels, but since I live in them this time of year, they are worth every penny to me.  The flannel material is the softest you’ll get your hands on and the fit is feminine (not at all boxy).  Make sure to size up — flannels aren’t meant to be tight!

Simsbury CT Flower Bridge

Stripe Cashmere Sweater (less expensive option HERE) | Denim | Ankle Boots | Chloe Bag

One of my favorite recent photos, we stopped at this gorgeous bridge one beautiful weekend to take in the fall scenery in our area.  This exact outfit has been on major repeat for me lately, so if you see me repeating this outfit again, you have been warned, HAHA.  This cashmere sweater is beyond comfortable and breathable.  I’m not usually someone who gravitates towards cashmere but this brand might have me changing my tune.  I also CANNOT get ENOUGH of these ankle boots.  You’ll be seeing a lot more of them, that’s for sure.

Splendid Sweatshirt Dress

Splendid Dress & Stripe Turtleneck | Marc Fisher Boots

I always say I wear these layering turtleneck tees under everything — here’s an example!  They are so easy to wear under a dress for another layer of warmth or a pop of color (or pattern in this case).

Blank Suede Jacket Outfit

Blank Suede Jacket | Splendid Henley | Agolde Denim (more by Agolde Denim HERE) | Ankle Boots

I like to label this look my “fall uniform” this time of year because it’s an outfit I can reach for when I don’t want to think.  It’s a no-fail look, I can switch it up with my boots and tee, but this is generally what you can find me in until spring.

Free People Lottie Dress

Free People Dress (wearing XS) | Frye Boots | Rancher Hat

My mom actually saw me wearing this dress once again this past weekend and said to me, “you’re getting a lot of mileage out of that dress!” — it’s THAT good!  I keep wearing it for a little pop of color — it’s the perfect pink for this time of year.  I love the tortoise button detailing, it’s nice and thick, looks great under a cardigan or suede jacket, and also comes in a few other colors!

These boots are a great option if you love the look of the Chloé Susanna boots I wear a lot in black.  These feel a little more western — which is a huge trend this season, but are less than half the price!

Tularosa Paper Bag Pants

Blank Faux Leather Jacket | Turtleneck | Tularosa Pants | similar Heels

I’ve reworn this look a few times as well this season — during NYFW, a night out during our recent trip to Newport, and for date night in our town.  These pants are SO unique and the light camel color is so gorgeous to wear this time of year.  I love the belt — it’s super functional in addition to being a fun detail, it helps fit the top of the pants exactly to your waist.  I’ve found this helps these kind of pants/shorts look less frumpy on me!  If you’re having trouble styling these as well, just make sure something is fitted on top!

This jacket was one of my best purchases from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale this past summer — the rose gold detailing makes it super GLAM, and the removable hood has come in handy to help dress it down.

Spanx Camo Leggings

Zip-up Fleece (wearing size SMALL) | SPANX Camo Leggings | Nike Sneakers

I don’t usually share a ton of workout wear, but we went for a hike this past weekend and this is what I had on.  My fuzzy fleece is back in stock this season, but you can find a few other similar styles for a lot less this year (a ton of brands made them).

Free People Jaden Ribbed Fringe Blanket Scarf

Splendid Sweater | Agolde JeansAnkle Boots | Free People Scarf

I think this might be my favorite look of this entire roundup.  First of all, these boots… AGAIN.  I can’t get enough of them.  Secondly, this sweater is so lightweight and comfortable, and I love the color block detailing.  Also, YOU NEED THIS SCARF.  It comes in a bunch of colors and will be THE SCARF everyone has this season.  Perfect to scoop up as a gift, too!

First, I am really loving your hair! I’m almost tempted to grow mine out again (it would never look this great at this length though). Second, you just have me so many fall outfit ideas. That ivory sweater dress is adorable!
