I talk about this every year, but it’s finally the time to start adding some spring items into your wardrobe… and there’s never a better feeling!  We still may have six more weeks of winter (according to that little rodent who says the same thing every year), but that doesn’t need to be completely reflected in your outfit choices!  Enter: the suede jacket — one of my must-have items for 2017.  Suede is seasonless and can be a really great investment.  It can also be insanely expensive!  Luckily, one of my favorite denim brand companies, BLANK NYC, has us covered.  They launched the Morning Suede Jacket a couple of seasons ago and it definitely gained traction in the blogger world (and due to it going on crazy sale during the Nordstrom and Shopbop annual sales).  It now comes in a rainbow of colors and is good enough to want every single one!  I actually waited a little longer to pull out the credit card for this jacket, and am so happy I was able to snag it in this gorgeous burgundy color — it adds a much needed pop of color to my neutral wardrobe.  If the price point on this jacket is a little too high, I love this grey option under $70 and this similar faux suede style under $50!

I’m also still crushing hard on these cap-toe pumps I got back in the summer — they’re back in stock in all sizes!  I had a lot of you ask about them last year and they were sold out everywhere, so if you like them, make sure to grab them now!  They also come in a sling-back style and a few other colors.  And, they’re super comfortable — because I know that’s your  next question!

One last thing of note — hoop earrings are back!  I scooped up this pair under $30 and love how they dress up a casual outfit.  I’ve never been much of a statement earring girl, and have always gravitated towards studs (I love dainty, mismatched studs for multiple piercings), but these hoops give just enough drama!  They also come in silver!
