Raj and I spent this past weekend in NYC visiting friends.  It was hard to believe that Friday we had a snowstorm because by Sunday, it was in the upper 50′s and finally sunny!  We spent the day walking around, having brunch by Lincoln Center, people watching in Central Park, and enjoying the weather.  This Olivia & Joy tote bag is the perfect companion to bring into the city.  I love a good over-sized tote to carry around and throw all my stuff in!  I’ll be heading back into NYC for work a little later this week and this tote is definitely coming along again!

Ice Ice, Baby

Well, here it is!  My first official winter post of the season… even though it’s felt like winter for weeks!  I grabbed this fur snood at Target for under $20 a few weeks ago and have gotten plenty of use out of it!  Sure I feel like I’m wearing my Himalayan cat around my neck, but I love it! 

I’m also rocking some new wrist candy today, part of the “Sili Forever” collection from Ice-Watch. I went with classic black, which shouldn’t be a surprise at all, since I’m mostly a neutral gal.  Ice-Watch is sold exclusively at Macy’s retail stores and online at macys.com.  You can check out Gwen Stefani in the latest No Doubt video for the band’s single “Settle Down” wearing an Ice-Watch!

Pop of Neon

I love using pops of neon in unexpected places to break from the norm.  This H&M belt was a spring purchase and I have been finding little ways to wear it: with an all-white outfit, breaking up top and bottom denim pieces, over a solid dress, and adding a pop of color to a neutral outfit.
