A GLAM Engagement: Bridal Shower

If you follow me on social media, you may have seen that my bridal shower was this weekend! To say I was overwhelmed would be an understatement. My mom, grandma and bridesmaids did such an incredible job with every little detail. From the vintage decor, to the country music playing in the background, to the hysterical quiz questions (“which Oh So Glam instagram comment is fake?”), right down to the amazing sweets table! I’m so lucky to be surrounded by such beautiful women in my life and I’m beyond excited to be able to spend the summer together at all the wedding festivities!

I had gone back and forth with what to wear to my bridal shower for months. I had seen this For Love & Lemons dress and the idea stuck in my head. I kept looking for something like it until I drove myself completely insane and ended up just taking the plunge! Does that ever happen to anyone else?

My beautiful friend Holly Nichols from H. Nichols Illustrations helped my mom out with this custom illustration which she ended up using for the shower invites! Thank you Holly for including Mischa by my feet (completely accurate), everyone loved it!

A special thanks to my beautiful mama and maid of honor, Dana. I would seriously be lost without the two of you.
