Our season of weddings is coming to a close for a few short months, and next year’s schedule is already looking packed! You all know my motto here on Oh So Glam is to add a touch of GLAM into your life, no matter the occasion, so I’m thrilled to partner with Papyrus today to launch their newest collaboration: Papyrus x Lela Rose. Talk about adding GLAM to gift giving.
Papyrus is a brand rooted in the fashion world, as seen through their presence in NYFW the past 9 seasons. As a nod to Fashion Week, Papyrus has launched a brand-new designer collaboration to inspire your inner fashionista! This is one of the very first designer partnerships in the greeting card industry; you see it in shoes, notebooks, and cell phone cases. Now, you can find greeting cards with the same high quality and attention to detail and embellishments that Papyrus is known for!
Over the last couple of years, I’ve really tried to elevate the gift giving experience and love making the outside of a package look as special as it is on the inside. My gift packaging usually has a theme and I love finding cute little ways to decorate them! I’m also a sucker for finding the most perfect card. It’s all about those GLAM little details.
Lela Rose’s card collection is inspired by her use of beautiful textured fabrics, feminine patterns and embellishments, as well as bold colors and patterns. Her style is classified by bright color and femininity. Her NYFW show was a dream – filled with flowy floral dresses in beautiful muted tones with fun, textured accents like fringe and metallic. I actually received a sneak peek in the mail prior to heading to New York – these greeting cards with sketches from her upcoming collection arrived a few days before I left and made me so excited to see the looks walk down the runway!
In addition to beautiful greeting cards, Lela Rose also created gift bags and gift tags using the patterns from her NYFW show. I’m featuring my favorite one above – the water color details are just stunning! If you head to a bridal or baby shower, you can probably bet your gift will be the prettiest out of the pack! You can see the full collection and shop here! And, although I may never to afford a Lela Rose piece of my own – I could certainly rent one at Rent the Runway!
