Buying spring shoes during a blizzard because future me deserves nice things.

These flats and styles like them have been top sellers for me for over a year, so when this raffia pair showed up, I knew they were going straight into my spring rotation. I cannot wear them outside right now without risking my life, but mentally, I am building outfits already. 👏🏻

If you are snowed in and dreaming of warmer days too, this is your sign to start bookmarking the pieces you will actually wear when coats come off.

Comment FLATS and I will send you the link.

You usually hear the finished episode. 🎙️
This is everything that happens before we hit record.

For those who are new here: I co-host @prettyinpinkagain with one of my best friends & neighbor @kristinabontempo (who goes by T to her closest friends and our PIPAs). It’s a podcast where we talk honestly about motherhood, identity, and the seasons of life no one really prepares you for.

This is a real behind-the-scenes look at our podcast day — from getting ready, to coordinating the vibe, to building episode guides so the conversation flows without us completely yapping the whole time.

A lot of our episodes start the same way:
something comes up in real life, you guys weigh in, T and I talk it through… and suddenly we realize it needs to be an episode.

This week’s conversation came straight from that place — real messages, real experiences, and a transition so many moms quietly struggle with.

Can’t wait for you to hear this one 🩷

👉 DM PODCAST and I’ll send you everything from this video (podcast link is in my bio to listen, you can also shop the reel via LTK).

Kitchen finds I actually use.
Not just cute. Not just trending. Actually making my life easier.

From the under-$15 mandolin that keeps all my fingers intact ✋
to the viral chicken shredder, matcha mixer, electric salt + pepper, and the plates that convinced my kids eating is fun now.

These are the real MVPs of my kitchen right now.

If you want the links, comment EASY and I’ll send everything your way!

What’s the most unhinged advice you were given as a new mom?

Saturday in winter looks like a matching set, a cozy zip-up, and something warm on top. Nothing fancy, just comfortable pieces that make it easy to leave the house and still feel put together.

I’ve been leaning into simple outfits like this lately, the kind you don’t have to overthink but still feel good wearing. Sneakers, a roomy tote, and layers I can take on and off as the day goes.

If you’re into easy weekend style, this one’s for you.

All the pieces will be in LTK and Shop My. Comment WEEKEND and I’ll send you the links!

Sorry, I can’t hear you. I constantly complain I have no time, and yet here I am glued to the most toxic show imaginable.

Millennials, why are we like this? #tellmelies

Also, if you don’t have a group chat about this show with your girlfriends, you’re really missing out.

My youngest just turned two, which means I’ve officially been a mom of two for two years. That milestone has had me reflecting on something I remember saying after I had my first.

I used to say that a lot of things felt different, but I didn’t personally feel that different. I wore that like a badge of honor. I felt proud that I could step into motherhood without losing myself.

Having two kids changed that in ways I didn’t fully expect. Not because I love them any differently, but because your time, energy, and attention are constantly split. There’s no real off switch, and very little space that’s just yours.

What surprised me most wasn’t the chaos. It was how much growth was required alongside them. Learning how to stay present, how to take care of myself in smaller ways, and how to evolve without disappearing.

Sharing a few thoughts from this season, for anyone else who’s been here too.

They’re saying 2026 is the new 2016 and I am… emotionally unprepared.
So here’s my contribution to the timeline 😂

💁🏼‍♀️ The blonde era (we don’t talk about her, but we do laugh)
🐆 The Clare V clutch that appeared in every outfit like a supporting character
🏝️ The backwards beach hat photo because that was a moment
☕️ Hair always styled, outfit always curated, zero awareness of heat damage or balance

Different decade. Different internet. Same me — just a lot less curated and a lot more comfortable.

Not sure if this is nostalgia or growth, but either way… enjoy the time capsule.

The plans were showing up for myself for a much needed refresh. Starting the year feeling a little lighter, a little brighter, and a lot more like me again. ✨

We went lighter with the color to brighten things up, added a glaze, tried a new hidden extension method so I can actually wear my hair up without thinking about it, and finished with a fresh cut and blowdry. Nothing dramatic, just a reset that felt really good. 🩷

Motherhood has taught me that getting yourself back doesn’t happen all at once. Sometimes it starts with small choices that help you recognize yourself in the mirror again.

Grateful for @paintloveblend for taking such good care of me and helping me step into this new chapter feeling refreshed, confident, and ready for what’s next.

Here’s to starting the year with intention and doing things that make you feel like you again. 👏🏻
