This was my second casual look from Charleston for a day of exploring the city.  I scooped up this Free People set during the Shopbop sale a few months back and was waiting for warmer weather to finally break it out.  It’s unbelievably comfortable and I love that you can separate the pieces – this bell sleeve top also looks great with a pair of high-waisted denim!

Here was another example of just how gorgeous all the little streets of Charleston are.  Usually, Raj and I go hunting for backgrounds for outfit photos and will try a few different spots before nailing one down.  In this case – we couldn’t even decide which location should be the one… they were all too beautiful!  We would walk down a street, stop at a door, and then down the street from that, there would be an even more beautiful one.  It is safe to say, we were in picture heaven.

Since I carried on my luggage, I packed pretty light.  I used the same pair of platform sandals for the few days of doing touristy things and used the same crossbody bag.  This Chloé bag was something I splurged on last year, but the amount of wear it’s gotten (especially with all our travel) is insane.  I’ll be packing it up and bringing it to Italy as well.  If you love this bag, I found a very similar style for a fraction of the price – and I promise, this color is the most versatile you can have in a crossbody!

If you missed my first post from Charleston this week – make sure to check it out here!  I’ll also be sharing another outfit (think: WEDDING!) next week!  I’m also hard at work on a travel guide for Charleston and will be posting all about it next week!
