I think these floral jeans are the perfect transition piece from summer to fall so I was beyond excited when these arrived from 2020AVE!  If you haven’t shopped there already, 2020AVE is a fab online boutique that is actually affordable and FULL of amazing and right-on-trend clothing, jewelry, shoes, and accessories.  They have these jeans in a light peach color as well that are just as adorable!  Go shop your little hearts out!

Oh So Colorful?

Outdoor lighting gets me every time.  When I walked out the door with this outfit on, I took one look in the mirror and thought… holy colors!  The orange, pink, and shades of green were vibrant and frankly, I looked like I was going to celebrate Carnival.  My lipstick was a shade of HOT PINK, like dance recital back when I was 8, PINK.  But my photos just don’t show it.  Finding outfits and makeup that photograph well is one of the trickier parts of style blogging in my opinion.  Something might look GREAT on but can photograph terribly.  They always say that on the red carpet, “The dress looked so much better in person than it does on TV.”  I believe it!  I’m secretly always wishing for slightly overcast days… it’s when the outfits and colors photograph best.

Floral Fiesta

Happy Monday!  I’ll keep this one short and sweet, this is going to be a crazy week!  That’s the thing about taking any amount of time off from work… you pay for it before AND after you leave!  I’ll be cramming this week in preparation for my mini girls getaway!  Countdown to VEGAS… 3 days!
