It’s the last outfit post from my Florida vacation.  Hopefully we’ll be getting some of the Florida warmth here in CT soon, it’s still been a little chilly!  I loved being able to pull out some old summer favorites from the back of my closet including his panama hat (last seen here),  this denim vest (last seen here) and this maxi skirt I bought at UO last summer (last seen here).  It ended up being a perfect traveling outfit when we were making the 3+ drive down to the FL Keys!

I felt so comfortable in this outfit over my trip, it was definitely my favorite outfit of the week!  I changed into flat sandals when we went out bar hopping in Key West.  Obviously, wedges aren’t really the best choice for dancing on the bar at Coyote Ugly and running around on cobblestone.  You have to be practical!  Speaking of wedges, I am head over heels in love with these beauties from ShoeMint (style is called the Hellin).  I also paired them with my AE distressed skinny jeans from last week’s outfit post and they were equally adorable!  And SUPER comfy!  If you haven’t signed up for ShoeMint yet, make sure you do!  You can get 20% off anything if you’re a new member and it’s always FREE SHIPPING!

On the Bright Side

I’m so excited to share some warm weather outfit posts from my vacation I just got back from!  It was the longest winter of my life (or so it seemed) and it felt incredible to finally get some sun!  Little things like coral lipstick and wearing sandals felt like a long time coming!  Raj and I did a little tour-de-Florida and started off last week in Miami for 2 nights, where I wore this outfit out on the town!  This yellow blazer came in handy on several occasions since I am a freak of nature and ALWAYS cold.  In addition to keeping me warm in air-conditioned restaurants, it also added a needed pop of color!
