As you could imagine, fashion blogging is a blast but could wreak havoc on my wallet if I let it. I’ve been making more of an effort to “shop my closet” and find different ways to wear pieces I already own to make them feel new. I wore this H&M blouse for my Hartford Magazine Best Dressed photo shoot with jeans and nude pumps. Throwing it on with a black lace mini skirt really made it feel fresh again! I’ve been dying for a pair of tortoise cat-eye sunglasses but wasn’t ready to commit $150 to the Elizabeth & James ones I’ve had my heart set on. I got these very similar ones at Target as sort of a test drive. What do you think?!
