Dress c/o (similar version here) || Lace-Up Flats
Bag: Chloé || Sunglasses || similar Ring
I had my eye on this dress as a potential for my rehearsal dinner but felt it was a little too girlie for a night event with the scallops and flutter sleeves (I ended up going with this dress instead). While I typically gravitate towards little white lace dresses, I normally shy away from the ‘fit and flare’ look, but made an exception when I saw the front cutout and open back detailing! PLUS, you can’t beat the price tag! This dress is on sale for around $30, while looking a whole lot like a designer dress!
I wore this for a girlie-girl day with my partner-in-crime last week. Marissa and I headed to the cutest little coffee shop in Avon, CT (see more on that here) to get some work done and start planning for NYFW!
I also had a few people email me and ask about my hair in these photos! I’ve been trying this styling iron just to try something different and switch it up, which gives me more of a beachy-wave look than my typical curls! Look for a tutorial coming soon!

August 25, 2015 at 5:18 pmLove the dress. It looks great on you. Love how you styled it with those shoes and bag. I have those shoes in black suede and have ordered the mushroom color suede ones as well. Hopefully I will get them soon. I love how they resemble the Aquazzura ones but at a much better price.
