You may recall that a few weeks back, I mentioned I was working on a mini living room makeover with Raymour and Flanigan! I’m so excited to reveal the final look to you after a few weeks of rearranging! I really stayed true to my inspiration — you can read all about that over here, and I’m SO happy with the final outcome. I love that my home decor style reflects my personal style as well — a little rustic, a little glam with a touch of boho. This room now feels fresh and comfortable and has a little personality – something it was severely lacking before our mini makeover!
The Raymour and Flanigan Saddler Leather Sofa is everything I’ve dreamed of in a couch (yes, I dream of couches). Raja is already trying to make plans to put it in a future office at the next house, but for now, I love the way it looks in the living room — right along with our other Raymour and Flanigan couch that we upgraded last year. I love the mix and match style that’s currently in trend and it’s so great that Raymour and Flanigan furniture all works together — two couches from two completely different collections — and they somehow compliment each other.
We also upgraded our glass coffee table to something a little warmer — this gorgeous Raymour and Flanigan Murphy Coffee Table that also has a matching end table. We are people that really live in our living room. Most of the time, you can find us working, eating, and relaxing in here, so a small coffee table was not an option and something I wouldn’t even upgrade for fear of losing the space we had with our old one. This pine and metal one is the perfect amount of rustic and modern, is durable, and even has a shelf on the bottom (which we use for storage with these wicker baskets).
If you missed my very first home decor post, make sure to check out how we upgraded our master bedroom earlier this year and stay tuned — I have another Raymour and Flanigan project coming up later this year!

May 25, 2016 at 3:15 pmLove the makeover, what color did you use on the walls. I like how light it is, but doesn’t have pink hues some tan tones have.

May 26, 2016 at 8:30 amI wish I knew! The whole house was painted this color when we moved in – and we didn’t want to touch it since we’re renting! It is more of a yellow-ish hue than pink and looks so pretty with natural light! Thanks so much for stopping by!

December 7, 2016 at 12:35 pmHi there!
Was wondering where did you get the pillow (grey and white) that is behind the Rust/White pillow?
