If you follow me on Instagram, you may have seen that I wore this outfit to work almost 2 weeks ago. But between the awful (slash unpredictable) CT weather and me feeling slightly under the weather, we had to wait until this weekend to shoot it! I just loooove these cargo pants that I snagged at UO and I love finding new ways to style them. I decided to go with a metallic shirt that I bought a few seasons ago at Anthro… I love the contrast between the girlie-ness of the metallic against the boyish cargo skinnies. I’ve actually had this cream-colored blazer for close to 4 years if you can believe it. Just shows that when you invest in a classic staple, you’ll get PLENTY of use out of it. And they’re still selling the exact same blazer! Since I was feeling kind of spring-y a little early, I decided to finish the look with a classic black pump. Because in my book… you can never go wrong with a classic black pump! 🙂
