A statement necklace is a great way to take a plain old outfit to the next level.  Embellishments are all the rage this season and perfect for when the weather starts getting cooler (no one wants to wear a heavy necklace during the sweltering summer months).  Go ahead!  Throw one on under a blazer and basic tee or on top of a black dress!  I love this one from Target!  And for under $30?!  Can you even beat that?  You can also incorporate the MAJ embellished trend through studs, spikes and plenty of bedazzles on bags, shoes and clothing items this season… they are everywhere!  You don’t have to pull out your bedazzle tool from the early 90’s either!
