Whiter (and Brighter) Smile

But First, Coffee

Holiday seasons are all about indulging!  Between lots of yummy foods and plenty of desserts, red wine and coffee… my smile was a little duller than usual.  I teamed up with Crest 3D White to take on the “2 Weeks to Your Whitest Smile” challenge in hopes of regaining a whiter (and brighter) smile!  For the last two weeks, I’ve been using the Crest 3D White Supreme FlexFit strips and am excited to share my results with you!

I started the challenge the day I got back from my Aruba getaway (very much needed) and started to see a difference on surface stains after wearing them twice.  To be honest, I’ve tried white strips in the past and have had pretty successful results, but I have always experienced sensitivity to my teeth both during and after.  The Crest team was kind enough to also provide 3D White Sensitivity toothpaste which I immediately added into my routine, and it made all the difference!  During the challenge, what I loved most about these white strips was the FlexFit technology.   The coverage is a lot better than any white strips I’ve tried in the past and these suckers stay put.  A few times, I even forgot I had them on!  My real results are below and I have to say… seeing my smile side by side is pretty incredible!  Although I already lost my Aruba tan (damn you, winter!), I’m really happy with my before and after!

I definitely see a difference! The sensitivity toothpaste is a MUST – my teeth always get painfully sensitive when I try to whiten. Yours look great!
