We’re heading out to Cape Cod, Mass. this weekend to celebrate 4th of July with some of our friends and I’m sharing my packing inspiration today! Raj and I always manage to plan a last minute getaway for the July 4th weekend – the last few have been spent in Newport, Rhode Island! We haven’t been out to the Cape in a couple of years and wanted a more laid-back beach weekend – and I’ll be filling up on LOTS of seafood!
This gorgeous high-low dress just screams 4th of July to me and I knew I would wear it this upcoming weekend since it arrived on my doorsteps a few weeks ago! It’s currently back in stock (and also comes in a beautiful peach color as well – perfect for wedding season). Also new in? I traded in my beat up Jack Rogers for this new strappy pair and love the white – I had a pair of cork sandals prior that got years of use (remember this outfit all the way back in the day?!)
I’m planning on beaching it for 3 days straight and have a similar style to this Mar Y Sol tote from Walin & Wolff – don’t you just love the tassel detailing? I’m also packing up my boater hat, casual crossbody bag, favorite cutoff shorts, and some fun Kendra Scott jewelry.
