I spotted this belt about a year ago on Kendall Jenner (during one of her fabulous street style moments) and knew I had to have it.  I Googled the hell out of it, finally finding the name of the company, only to discover that it was sold out basically everywhere (my luck, of course).  I put my name and email down on a few sites to be notified when it was back in stock and about a month ago, my life was made.  It’s one of those splurge pieces that was worth every single penny and a trend that I wasn’t willing to wait on, for say, a less expensive version to come out… but, I have a feeling these sort of western inspired belts will be everywhere soon enough!  Although it says the belt runs small, I went with my normal size to be able to wear it not only over pants, but at my waist as well.  I already have an outfit planned with this maxi dress and my OTK boots for Fashion Week.  Can’t. Freaking. Wait.  I’ve also been living in this pair of flare denim lately and also just added these wider flare jeans to my growing collection.

My mom bought me this gorgeous gold collar necklace for Christmas and it has been anchoring a lot of outfits over the last month, plus, did I mention it’s under $50?!  Since chopping my hair off, I have been loving the collar and choker necklace trend, seen here and here.  It adds a little edge to any outfit, is straight out of the 90’s (one of my favorite fashion decades) and helps draw attention to where my hair hits my collar bone.  And, speaking of hair.  Should I chop it again?  Cutting my hair has been slightly addictive and I keep getting the urge to go even shorter now that I’ve lightened it up.  Leave me a comment below with your thoughts!
