Hope you all had a great holiday weekend! The heat was extreme here in CT so Raj and I headed to the MGM Grand at Foxwood’s pool party for some much-needed relief! We had a weekend filled with lots of food, sun, and great friends!

May 30, 2012 at 11:44 amHi Alice! I use a Canon Rebel and use the 50mm lens while photographing for the blog! It’s perfect for portraits and helps achieve the blurred background look. Hope that helps and good luck with your new camera! Ours was the best investment!

Finally I ordered my Canon Rebel T3i/600d and next I will buy a 50 mm lens. I had supposed they were those you used to take your pictures, but I wanted to have a confirmation about. Last question… the lens are 2.5, 1.8, 1.4 or 1.2? Forgive me for my english and congratulation on your amazing blog again!
