If there is one thing I’m loving this season, it’s the tie-neck trend.  I’ve featured this trend before and find something so cool and easy about it.  It’s almost as if there was an accessory built in!  This floral print number hit all the marks for me and is the perfect winter dress!  I also love black and blue together so I pulled in my favorite OTK boots and some boho accessories including this crossbody bag and round shades!
