Shift Dress: Lilly Pulitzer c/o
White Heels || Fringe Bag (on major sale)
Well, it’s officially the last weekend of summer. It’s probably safe to assume the seasonal rules will now start to apply. No White After Labor Day is a personal favorite of mine. I’m not sure who invented the “no white after Labor Day” rule, but that person probably forgot that it’s still insanely hot in September. As a recent bride and someone who basically spent all summer in little white dresses, I refuse to accept that rule. I’ve teamed up with Lilly Pulizter as one of this season’s Rule Breakers and will be showing you something I learned a long time ago about myself… I don’t like to follow all the rules. You can wear white for as long as you’d like. Seeing how it was all over the runways during last season’s Fall/Winter 2015 shows, you probably won’t be the only one.
I have one more all white look coming to you from the Hamptons that will be on the blog next week. Make sure to check out Lilly’s Rule Breakers campaign next week to see all the rules we’re not too fond to follow in fashion!
